We had a ward Halloween party last night. The boys only lasted about an hour, but it was still fun. Cory and I have never gotten into Halloween or dressed up before, but we thought it would be fun w/ the boys, so we went for the whole family theme. Obviously, Cory was the Cat in the Hat and the boys were Thing 1 and Thing 2. The best part about it was how cheap it was. I bought their pajamas for $5 each online. They needed some anyway, so I didn't feel bad about that. Then, I got super lucky and found their hats at the DOLLAR STORE! I know they aren't exactly hair, but come on...$1!?!? All that was left for me was the fish or the mom. I decided the mom would be simpler. You only see her red dress, white legs and black shoes in the book, so....there you have it. Happy Halloween!
