My favorite time of day is first thing in the morning...no, I am NOT a morning person, but what could be better than this:
First, I wake up to the sound of two sweet little boys talking/squealing at each other. Then, I walk into their room and they just smile and giggle and clap...they just can't contain themselves are are SO excited to see
me.
I mean, seriously, what could be better for my self esteem?
So, like I said before, it is my favorite time of day.
This morning, however, things went just a bit different. I walked in and they squealed and clapped as normal, but Noah had a couple of brown spots on his head, so I went over to him to get a closer look and found this:

NO JOKE! He pulled his diaper off sometime in the night (the diaper was clean when we found it), had a bowel movement and rolled around in it/played with it for who knows how long! It was all over his hands, feet, face, IN HIS MOUTH: seriously! ON HIS TONGUE! SO gross! But I figured, it was already there, so it wouldn't hurt to leave him there just long enough to get a picture, right? We had to document this! He was SO proud of himself. He is always happy in the morning, but he just couldn't stop laughing and clapping and squealing. Wow...I wonder what he will do next week...month...year?
SO GROSS! But such a sweet little smile. Your boys are growing up and getting cuter by the day. The other day I was thinking about Anderson turning two, and I believe your boys share his birthday--they're almost 1. WOW!
ReplyDeleteThat is seriously so disgusting...but the look on his little face is priceless! Wow, you have some great blackmail for when they are teenagers. I hope Ryan doesn't look at this post - haha!
ReplyDeleteWhy you post disgusting pictures for all of us to have to look at I'll never know.
ReplyDeleteugh... (Puke!) Cute smile though...
ReplyDeleteThe poop thing...been there done that ;-) Justin and I always say it is so nice when there is someone excited to see you!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are getting a serious collection of poop pictures! Not sure how I'm going to handle those types of things when I'm a mom. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, cute smile. This still hasn't happened to me in my five years of motherhood and I'm hoping it won't. What a funny story and way to go getting a camera. I think I would have freaked.
ReplyDeleteMakes me gag because i know how it must smell.
ReplyDeleteTotally disgusting!!! But been there done that! Wait until one of them pees in your mouth. Ask K about that.
ReplyDeleteOH my gosh nothing could be more hilarious, cute and gross at the same time!! How funny!! You are a trooper I would have thrown up and made a bigger mess. Miss seeing you around booooo.
ReplyDeleteSoooo funny!....you'll be glad you took that picture in years to come....Noah on the other hand may not be so glad....
