Santa

We went up to Yorba Linda to celebrate our good friend's twin's 2nd birthday. It is always a lot of fun to hang out with them as we share a perspective that few others have when it comes to raising our twin kids. We often get some weird looks and glances, but that just makes it all the more fun. They are a great couple and we really value their friendship. Hopefully, our kids will grow up being good friends too.

The boys enjoyed the cake, movies and the presents (funny...thanks for sharing Talmage!),

but the highlight of the evening was our trip to the lake to see the lights. There are bunch of houses that surround a lake in Yorba Linda. Each Christmas, they all decorate their houses and you can walk around the lake and look at athe beautiful lights. Well, we got lucky and ended up there the day they did the boat parade. Santa was on one of the boats, and when he saw the four twins, he got off and came over to us! The boys loved seeing him on the boat, but were a bit nervous when he came over to use. They didn't cry at all though, just got a little more clingy. They talked about it for a couple of days after. Overall, it was a really fun night with some great memories. Thanks Brady & Nicki!
