Noah is our little communicator. He is not so worried about saying things correctly, but he wants to make SURE he is understood. He will grab your hand and drag you somewhere to show you want he is talking about, or play charades, or make a million different faces, or say the word 50 times until you finally guess correctly what it is he is trying to say. He DOES NOT give up.
He love to smile and giggle. He laughs all day long and is super easy to make happy. He is so sensitive to how other people are feeling. If Samantha is crying, he is either by her side trying to make her smile, or he comes and tells me that Samantha is "whining." (-: If Micah is in timeout, he will often go sit right by him and pat his back (without saying a word).
Every night when I put him to bed, I spin him around, drop him on his bed and give him a "BIG" kiss. They other night, Samantha was super tired and I told Noah that I needed to go put her to bed. He started spinning and kissing the air while saying "Spin, Kiss." So, I spun Samantha around and he gave her a "BIG" kiss. She actually stopped crying and Noah whispered "I love you Samantha."
He LOVES LOVES LOVES his Daddy. He asks for him all day long. He SCREAMS for joy when he comes home and RUNS to him. He loves to rough house with him and just sit with him...anything. We just shaved their heads again, and I did Noah's while Cory was still asleep. When Cory woke up, Noah was so proud to tell him that his hair looked just like Daddy's.
The other night, we were at the dinner table and Cory started telling the boys how they should always say "thank you" when Mommy does things for them. They he had them practice: "When Mommy makes dinner, what do you say" "Thank you Mommy!" or "When Mommy changes your diaper, what do you say?" "Thank you Mommy!" The next day Noah started saying thank you to me ALL DAY LONG and after he said it, he would then say: "Daddy say Mommy Thank you. Proud me?" He wanted so bad for his Daddy to be proud of him.
The thank you thing melts my heart though. He whined "All done Mommy" with tears streaming down his face (even though he didn't move a muscle) the entire time I was shaving his head. When I finally told him he was all done, he turn around and with his tear streaked face said and signed "thank you Mommy." It was SO SO sweet!
He is becoming much more obedient lately. He has had fewer and fewer time outs....however, he still LOVES to tease. If I don't keep one hand on him the entire time I am changing his diaper, he is up and running around the house giggling his little head off as I try to catch him, and he "tickles" me all the time.
His latest trick is undressing himself, which is good since I want to start potty training (if we can ever get their little bowels better), but drives me crazy when I find him missing his pants or shirt.
His reaction to his first taste of Hot Chocolate (he hated it):

He loves drinking the milk out of his bowl of cereal and often does so before he even eats the cereal, funny boy!

So, that is Noah, our sweet fun little boy. We love the laughter he brings to our family.
OH, how sweet is that! I love you too Noah.
