She is still a wonderful baby. She has definitely woken up a bit. She has a 1-2 hr fussy period at night where she just wants to be held, and she is having a harder time napping. But she is so much easier than the twins were, I am just so grateful. She is still sleeping great at night...usually a 5-7 hour stretch followed by a 2-4 hr one, which makes for a lot of sleep for me! Yeah! I was telling Cory that her first month seems to have gone by a lot faster than the boy's first month. I think that is because I spent a significantly larger portion of it awake with them than I am with her, so it actually has gone faster!

She has started cooing and smiling a lot! It is so fun. I make a fool of myself doing anything I can to make her smile. She is very alert for a lot of day, and just studies everything. She already seems so feminine to me. She is so slender and delicate and her beautiful eyes seem so girly. I just love her. I love having a girl!
Her brothers adore her too. They love to hold her and kiss her and share just about everything with her. I regularly find cars, or blocks, or balls in her pack & play or swing. I caught Noah trying to feed her a teddy graham today. Why is it they get the concept of sharing when it comes to her, but not each other?

She is a pretty cute little baby!
ReplyDeleteCuz she's not the competition. :) What good big brothers they are. She's so lucky to have two amazing big brothers. I would know.
ReplyDeleteThat's how my boys are. LOL It seems to be pretty common. I've been told by grown brothers that they don't really appreciate each other until their grown. Then their best friends and would do anything for each other. I ask around a ton, just to make sure it won't last. lol
