Legoland

So, we took the boys to Legoland (the last hour every day is free....don't let that secret out!) this last week. They had a good time. They have one little section where everything they've built is mini sized for toddlers. They have have a fire station and a police station and little houses etc. So we went there this time. We started off with a little train ride, but only got pictures of Micah b/c he was with me and I had the camera. Next time we will have to be sure to get some pictures of Noah on the train. Both boys really enjoyed it.

Here is Micah before it started....all excited and ready to go.

But then the train started to move and he got a bit nervous:

By the end though, he wasn't ready to be done and just kept asking for more.

Then we moved onto the Farm house. The boys LOVE animals, so they had lots of fun finding the different animals behind the various doors.

Noah loved "driving" all the cars. He is really into cars and trucks and tractors and airplanes etc right now, so he was in heaven. Micah just preferred to watch Noah at this point.

We moved onto a little house with a bunch of legos in it where kids could build things. The boys had fun building some towers:

On our way out, we stopped and played in one of the fountains. They actually have a whole mini water play area with slides and everything in another area of the park. I've taken the boys there once before and they would NOT have a thing to do with it. They were just super clingy and scared. So, this time we thought we would just try this simple fountain area on our way out instead. There are multiple places where the water randomly squirts up out of the ground and Noah had a great time chasing them all. Micah still stayed a little closer to mommy, but he wasn't as freaked out as before. If you stand right on one of the yellow circles, water squirts up all around you. So, Noah unknowingly did that and he got pretty nervous when all the water came, so he ran through it to get to me and it shot right up his pants. He was pretty startled, but didn't cry at all....maybe we will try the water playground again next week...
